Jesslyn Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Jesslyn Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a Licensed and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Extended Care Medical. Jesslyn and the team provide excellent health care to men and women across the lifespan in Dothan, Alabama, and in the state of Alabama.

The medical center offers in-person treatment and telemedicine services. The physical office is located in Dothan, Alabama, but Jesslyn and her team can also provide telehealth services for patients throughout the state of Alabama.

Education and learning have always been of importance to Jesslyn. She completed a Bachelor of Science at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing in 2019.

Jesslyn is knowledgeable in specialized care regarding men’s and women’s health, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT), treatment of erectile dysfunction, medical weight loss, and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment.

She is licensed with the Alabama Board of Nursing (ABN), certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANPCB), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and a DOT Certified Medical Examiner. 

Her professional memberships include the American Nurses Association, Alabama State Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
